Intro to Pole

Pole Fitness

Intermediate

Build on foundational skills with advanced tricks, pole dancing combinations, and intense conditioning. This class combines strength training with artistic expression for a full-body workout.

Heels Class

Beginner

Move with confidence, grace, and attitude in heels! Learn choreography that builds leg strength and glute activation while having a blast. Perfect for developing posture and feeling absolutely fierce.

Silks

Intermediate

Float through the air with our aerial silk classes. You'll build incredible upper body and core strength while experiencing the magic of aerial movement. Expect to feel graceful, strong, and absolutely empowered.

Glutes & Abs
